Play Wetpour consists of a composite of recycled rubber fibre aggregates and polyurethane bonding agents, applied to a concrete base in a slurry on site, or supplied as factory Pre-moulded panels.

Composition
Ecofibre is composed of a 100% recycled, shredded and granulated rubber aggregate generated from waste rubber reclaimed from industrial tyres. Loose fibre and foreign materials are not present as found in other whole tyre mulches.
Dimensions
Customised; thickness can be from 6 to 25mm, hand-packed or in standard size pre-moulded panels.
Toxicity
Ecofibre Rubber is organic, non-hazardous and not toxic.
Appearance
Ecofibre Rubber can be mixed and coloured on site, thenhand packed to a thickness between 6 – 25mm. Alternatively, it can be pre-moulded in panels. Production colour is black but the product can be coloured to client’s requirements.
Fire resistance
Based on testing conducted by the “Scrap Tire Management Council”, rubber wetpcur is non-flammable, in accordance with the Federal Hazardous Substance Act,16 CFR 1500.44. A flammable substance ignites and bums with a self-sustained flame at a rate that exceeds 0.1 inched per second along its major axis. Recycled rubber burns at a rate of less than 0.01inches per second.
Noise Reduction
The sound absorption coefficient is indicated in ISO10534-2 Standard showing that these materials have satisfactory acoustic properties.

Ecofibre Rubber isolates static electricity.

UV warranty, manufacturing guarantee.
Moisture behaviour
Excessive water can impair Ecofibre Rubber safety performance. To prevent his situation, a drainage system maybe necessary. For manufactured drainage system, refer to manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Safety
Rubber Wet Pour is almost twice as effective as other surfacing products. Ecofibre exceeds ASTM Standard F1292-99 for impact attenuation.
Prep/ Installation
Steel or wood-floated concrete base.
Cleaning & maintenance
Sweep and wash as required. Repaint and patch annually in high-traffic areas.
Warranty
Five year warranty against defective workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear.
