| 1. All prices exclude VAT | |
| 2. Validity: Prices valid for 30 days after receipt of quotation | |
| 3. Estimated lead time 8 - 10 weeks | |
| 4. Purchase: | |
| a) | 50% payment on confirmation of order and 50% payable on completion of installation |
| a) | Installation charge is dependent on location and the size of the unit. Cost will be quoted on finalisation of the order. |
| 5. Operating Lease: | |
| a) | A 10% deposit and signed lease agreement is required to confirm order. |
| b) | The unit is leased for the agreed term as quoted above. On completion of the term the UNIT will be removed by the LESSOR. The LESSEE will have the option to purchase the UNIT for R 1.00 excl. vat |
| c) | One can exit the operasting lease at month 18, only if the Buyer agrees to a new asset whereby a new operating lease will be entered into. A residual buy-back discount will be given for the old UNIT. This will be offset against the purchase price and adjusted into the new rental payments. |
| d) | All units purchase under "operating lease" must be installed by Play Outdoor. |
